Mpumi Makhubu is an all-round HR practitioner with over 9 years’ experience within the HR environment. In the years she has gained and sharpened her skills whilst working for one of South Africa’s big Banks being Investec Bank and then moving to a Parastatal Organisation namely the Road Traffic Management Corporation to broaden her overall HR knowledge and experience. She has worked with individuals of all levels from Graduate to Management level recruitment and Onboarding, to Consulting within the Private Banking, IT, Further Education Training and Law Enforcement industry. She has assisted and/ or coached individuals throughout their employment career within the organisations to which she was employed. Her experience varies from Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Organisational Design, HR Consulting, Employee Exit/ termination, as well as serving as a Strategic partner to both the team and Business Units. She has played a significant role in hundreds of professionals’ career growth.
