Creating Shared Value
In order for our organisation to be more viable in the long term, to find new market opportunities, and for our company to attract employees and customers who value our brand, we have innovatively incorporated shared value initiatives into the overall architecture of our business.

HR Data & Advisory Blog
We are redefining productivity in our value chain by altering the way organisations like ours typically conduct business.

Cadet Academy
South Africa is said to have among the highest unemployment figures in the world. And, in our response we have started a journey of reconceiving the needs of our candidates and clients which has led to the creation of the Lewis International Cadet Academy. Our cadet academy will help empower and unlock the potential of unemployed secondary school leavers and university graduates in the country.

Improving our Eco-System
South Africa has worrying dropout figures, it is said that out of the 1.4 million children who enrolled in grade 1 in 1998 only 552 000 made it to matric in 2009. Our belief is that by correcting learner drop-out in the South African schooling system, we may in-turn have a favourable effect on UN-SGDs like, No Poverty, Zero Hunger, Good Health and Wellbeing, Decent Work and Economic Growth, And Reduced Inequality. This shared value initiative will make improvements to the eco-system in which our organisation operates in. By assisting in the nurturing, moulding and guiding, the youth at grass roots level.
