Introduction:
To manage, implement, monitor and report on the day-to-day and ad hoc project execution on all digital channels (web, mobile app and some social media) and those of benefit and other company digital channels.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain a multi-channel (web and mobile app) strategy and plan that delivers against strategic business objectives over a short term and long-term duration
Measure and report on results and recommend changes to an ever-evolving strategy and plan to optimize digital platforms, functionality and alignment to the overarching business goals and strategic intent
Manage, measure and report on the performance of digital agency on a day-to-day basis against a set SLA
Support and report on setup and execution of marketing campaigns that impacts the digital platforms
Manage and review partner digital platforms and annual strategic plan
Drive out stakeholder alignment on projects impacting digital platforms across the Group and its Partners.
Research and recommend new digital platforms and opportunities
Qualifications & Requirements:
4-year qualification in Computer Science or ecommerce or digital marketing
5 years- experience with 2 years Digital Specialist
A Genius when it comes to the digital landscape with a keen focus on websites, mobile apps, social media, whatsapp for business and google ad words, SEO, Firewalls, Pay per Click to name a few.
How to set-up e-commerce across multi-digital channels
Firm understanding and experience with CX journey design and improvements
A genius when it comes to google analytics and reporting across multi-digital channels
Basic understanding of IT architecture and CMS
Must have a firm understanding and proven record to implement a digital vision and digital evolution in the work- place.
Must be able to run and implement digital projects across muti-digital channels
